WHAT IS A DREAM?

“We are such stuff as dreams are made on, and our little life is rounded with a sleep.”

William Shakespeare

The dream is the shift of a human into non-material space.

Non-material space is a project space, where there are 2 processes:

1. The process of REM sleep (a fast sleep process) and

2. The process of slow sleep.

During the slow sleep a human is oriented on reorganization of his own physical body, the introduction of new programs and new information to the subconscious (the physical body)

The process of REM sleep (fast sleep process) is associated with the restructuring of our information, the replacement of information and various programs for the super-consciousness, (the subtle bodies).

Between these two processes: fast and slow-wave sleep, the position of consciousness should be in the middle.

If a person is not ready and doesn't know these processes, he constantly floats in between the REM sleep and slow sleep processes and loses awareness during the sleep.
